Attune to the Elements: an embodied breath practice to heal body, mind, and spirit

Carol Almas Iancu

Carol will guide you through a simple yet powerful breath practice that uses attunement to the  elements (earth, water, fire, air, and ether) to release anything not serving your highest purpose in the moment.  This experiential practice uses simple instructions, imagery, and gentle movements.  Each participant will experience a unique connection to the natural world,  subtle aspects of themselves, and all beings.  As a daily practice, this may help you feel calm, grounded, and purified, gain meaningful insights,  and manifest your heart’s desires.

Acceptance: a powerful tool for well-being

Jessica Curtis, MEd, PCC
